Hallie Greene

Trustee

Hallie Greene works in business operations and product strategy at ViQi, a biotechnology company that develops AI-powered tools for image-based analysis in the life sciences. She brings a cross-functional background in strategic planning, operations, finance, and HR, with experience spanning biotech, education, and public policy. Before joining ViQi, Hallie supported institutional advancement at Cate School and worked with nonprofit boards on program and facilities strategy.

Her earlier roles include work at education recruitment firm Carney, Sandoe & Associates and serving as a founding board member of Valiente College Preparatory in Los Angeles.

Hallie earned an MBA and Master of Public Policy from UCLA, and a BS in Environmental Science from Bates College, where she captained the NCAA-ranked rowing team. She has been the beneficiary of programs that support girls and women, including a Forté Foundation fellowship for women in business, and is excited to help the next generation access similar opportunities. Hallie lives in Carpinteria with her husband and three children.
